Q: How strong are your magnets?
A: Our magnets are the strongest currently available for fridge magnet use.
The entire back of our metal cased magnets are magnetic, giving a very strong hold.
Q: Who manufactures your magnets?
A: Our designs are printed to a very high resolution with vivid non fade colors. The designs are then wrapped onto the steel magnet casing and covered with a hard wearing mylar sheet. This process is done by one of the USA's best magnet manufacturers.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: Payment can be made online using all major credit cards via our secure server pages. We also accept Paypal payments and regular mail order payments using checks or money orders (US Funds Only using Cks/MOs)
Q: Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
A: ALL Maine based sales will be charged sales tax at the rate of 5.0 %
Q: Where do I send my check/money order?
A: We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Money Order or a personal check (US Funds only please). Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address below. Q: How quickly do you ship?
A: All orders are shipped within 2 business days of your payment being received. 90% of our orders ship the same day you pay. Mail order payments using checks require a 7 to 10 day clearance period before your order can ship.
Q: How do I add my discount code?
A: Enter your discount code at the shopping cart page, then hit the "Update Cart" button. The discount will then be reflected in the shopping cart total.
Q: Do you wholesale supply your items?
A: Yes, we offer excellent wholesale rates for businesses worldwide. We currently have wholesale customers in many countries including, Japan, UK, Germany, Australia & Hong Kong. Please contact us for a wholesale quote.
Q: What if I am not happy with my order?
A: We want you to be 100% happy with your order. We must be contacted within 2 days of you receiving your order if you have any reason not to be happy with it. Full refunds will be issued (less shipping fees) if the items are returned in original condition within 7 days. Custom printed items CANNOT be returned for a refund unless there is an error with the order.
